As part of our services, we inform you of mandatory traffic insurance and detailed information about your vehicle before you drive, and send this information via email. For these services, we provide you with traffic and comprehensive insurance quotes from our partner insurance agencies and provide you with detailed information about any damage claims you wish to inquire about. TERMS OF SERVICE Article 1. PARTIES This Internet Site Usage Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is concluded between Bs Host Center Insurance Brokerage Services, based in Istanbul (hereinafter referred to as “E-Inspection Bs Host Center Insurance Brokerage Services”) on one side, and the internet user who wishes to use the services offered on the Internet Site and who creates a message on the Internet Site (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) on the other side. Bs Host Center Insurance Brokerage Services and the User will be referred to separately as “Party” and together as “Parties” in this Agreement. Article 2. DEFINITIONS Unless expressly stated otherwise, the following terms shall apply in this contract: Agreed Work: A Bs Host Center Insurance Brokerage Service provided by a Service Provider, and accepted by the User; Bs Host Center Insurance Brokerage Service: A request to purchase a product, service, or work published on the Website by the User for the purpose of requesting Bs Host Center Insurance Brokerage Services from one or more Service Providers; Service Provider: An individual, organization, or other legal entity that creates a Message on the Website and can offer a Car Check-Up inspection/Service Proposal in response to a Bs Host Center Insurance Brokerage Service sent by a User (if the Service Provider is a legal entity, the term “Service Provider” will also include its affiliated personnel performing the services on behalf of that Service Provider); Bs Host Center Insurance Brokerage Service: An offer by a Service Provider to provide products and/or services for a specific amount in response to a Bs Host Center Insurance Brokerage Service sent by a User. Article 3. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT This Agreement is an electronic contract that sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions regarding any User’s use of the Website. Article 4. WEBSITE USAGE RULES The following rules will apply to the use of the Website. The User accepts, declares, and undertakes to comply with these rules. 4.1. Users who wish to benefit from the services offered on the Website will create a membership registration. The User agrees to provide the requested contact and identity information completely and accurately in order to create a membership registration, and to allow Bs Host Center Insurance Brokerage Services to keep, process, archive, and share this information in accordance with the services offered on the Website. The User agrees to immediately notify Bs Host Center Insurance Brokerage Services of any changes in this information. 4.2. Individuals under the age of 18 cannot use Bs Host Center Insurance Brokerage Services even if they have registered as a User/Message. 4.3. The user will not pay any fee to create a membership/message registration and to use the Bs Host Center Insurance Brokerage Services, but will pay the fee and/or cost stipulated for the Agreed Work. Bs Host Center Insurance Brokerage Services reserves the right to charge a fee for the use of the Website at any time. 4.4. In order to receive a valid Bs Host Center Insurance Brokerage Services Service, the User must provide all necessary information requested on the Website (such as what they want done, when they want it done, where they want it done) accurately, completely and clearly. 4.5. Bs Host Center Insurance Brokerage Services will ensure that the service, product and order information provided by the User is included on the Website in accordance with the content provided and transmitted to the Service Providers. 4.6. Service Request(s) and any data transmitted within the scope of Service Requests given by the User through the Website; 4.6.1. Will not be misleading; 4.6.2. 4.6.3. Content shall not be racist, hateful, or incite physical harm against any group or person, or explicitly offensive to other Users; 4.6.4. Content shall not infringe upon any third party’s copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights, or their rights to publish, advertise, or be confidential; 4.6.5. Content shall not violate any law, statute, directive, or regulation (export control, consumer protection, unfair competition, prohibition of discrimination, or misleading information).
